Moving in 4 Steps

Corporate Porting offers a full-proof 4 step procedure to handle the move from one mobile provider to the other. The 4 steps are designed to be extremely user-friendly and self-service for the mobile users. They can be constantly monitored by the administrators on a real-time dashboard. Should any questions or issues arise during the procedure users and administrators are supported by the knowledgeable Corporate Porting call center.

Step 1: Initiation

The registered user(s) receive an SMS text message with a pin code and request to register at your dedicated porting website (example: www.yourcompanyporting.com).

In the ensuing two weeks, users who didn’t respond will receive (a specified number of) follow-up SMS reminders.

Step 2: Information check

Using their pin code, users can log in at your dedicated porting website, complete the requested information (specified by you), and choose how and where to receive their new non-activated sim card.

Step 3: Preparation and scheduling

Once the users have received their new non-activated sim card they log-in on the dedicated porting website with their mobile number and pin code and register the registration number of their new SIM card.

Once the SIM card number is registered the users receive a suggested date for number porting.

The suggested porting date is calculated by the Corporate Porting system based on your stipulations such as requested batch size per day, number of dates to port users, vacations, etc.

If the suggested date is inconvenient for the user (for example, due to travel) it can easily be changed by the user on the dedicated porting website.

Step 4: Porting

One day before number porting, the users receive an SMS notification about the change over, reminding them to switch sim cards the following day. This reminder can also be issued via email and/or placed on the company intranet site.
