The xPort solution can be integrated in the workflow of any existing call center. Using our web based back office tools and only a short on the job instruction from the Corporate Porting team any call center can start supporting the mobile porting process.
If you don’t want or can’t use your own or the call center of your provider, Corporate Porting can provide and manage the call center for you. In this case Corporate Porting will take care the support of xPort and the porting process as well as the pro active procedures and registration in the web based back-office making it a complete hands-off experience.
The Corporate Porting call center procedures are geared towards pro actively contacting your mobile users to ensure the continuity in the process.
For example: when users don’t respond to three SMS text message reminders to log-in on the website, the call center will attempt to reach those users by telephone on different times of the day (up to a specified number of attempts).
If the call results in a contact with the user the name, address and personal information of the user will be registered and updated and the user will be guided how to successfully initiate and complete the porting process.
If no contact can be made with the user mobile number will be placed in an inactive number pool which will be reported back on the dashboard.
